i've got seoul but i'm not a soldier

Dang, the weather in Seoul is probably the coldest I've ever experienced. I'm wearing six layers on top, two pairs of pants, a scarf, and gloves here. Black helps to mask the bulk. My feet are the only warm parts of my body, for obvious reasons.

I took these photos in Namdaemun Market, one of many bargain markets Seoul has to offer. I not only got clothing, I also got new camera equipment! I brought my DSLR along to film this trip, but I stupidly didn't realize how terrible my 50mm would be for travel. Since it's a prime lens (fixed focal length lens) and is "zoomed in" super close to my subject, not only is it difficult to get the full picture in tight areas, a ton of people walk through my frame since the actual physical distance between the subject and me is so large. A lot of you have been asking which lens I got--my lens of choice for travel is currently the Sigma 17-50mm 2.8ex. It has an incredible range and terrific reviews, especially considering the price. I'm still figuring out how to use this baby so bear with me, haha.

The Look:
Acne Studios moto jacket.
YesStyle turtleneck.
YesStyle scarf.
Dailylook longline cardigan.
Faux leather joggers (similar here).
Grey fedora (similar here).
Madewell backpack.
Ugg Australia boots.
Homage boot wraps.
