festival season kickoff with teva

Tackling a new summer style challenge, starting with Teva.

Festival season is upon us! This year, I'm taking on the challenge of keeping away from super boho chic looks and staying on brand with what Feral Creature personifies. Boho is great, but I feel so much happier in dark/edgy/futuristic styles, and it'll be a fun quest being festive while remaining true to that.

First up is my newest Teva look! Teva and I are longtime partners in fashion and festivals, and I can't think of anyone better to usher in this season of edgy summer looks with. I squealed when I saw their new Universal Slide Leather sandal in black. It's THE. BEST. EVER. and has happily joined my Teva shoe shelf. I'm all about the all-black and the leather--this sandal is so perfect for every kind of look (I'm looking at you too, boho queens). Proof that goths can do festivals, too...stay tuned for more!

  5. YES.Please keep dark and edgy. One thing that bothers me a lot about festival style is that a lot of people completely abandon their personal style! I think it is totally possible to dress for a festival and still stay true to who you are. Love this look!
