the sound and the furylite

I partnered up with Reebok to style and art direct this shoot showcasing the new FuryLite.

In my old age (haha), my outfits have been less 6 inch chunky platforms and more sensible walking shoes. The busier my everyday routine gets, the less effort I have to spare teetering in beautiful but ultimately high-maintenance footwear. Thus, it's always exciting to find sneakers that don't sacrifice form for function. The Reebok FuryLite brings together a perfect marriage of comfort and style in this light-as-air, architecturally-influenced design. I was inspired by the angles and curves of this greyscale shoe and shot it at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown LA...hence the title of this post.

But if greyscale isn't your thing, don't fret--the FuryLite comes in other colors and is also completely customizable to your tastes. Check it out here.

  1. Amazing images, love the aesthetic here, the shoes are really nice, i think i might have to give in to the sneaker soon, heels are just not practical for 10 hours days!

The Furylite definitely looks like the kind of shoe I'd need in my life, and I'd certainly choose the greyscale option too! xo

  9. Great location, very well chosen! They really do reflect the angled pattern of the fabric.
Like the way you styled it too, not too sporty, not too casual - I find sports shoes incredibly tricky to style so they don't let you look like right from the track.
I noticed the change in your hair (glad the greenish-yellowish strands are gone), and especially love the chalky look they have. They look incredible! Wished I had hair like you...
